The processing of personal data within the LDparks a.s. group is carried out exclusively by those companies with which the data subject has a contractual or factual relationship.

• Clients and potential clients (natural and legal persons)

• Suppliers, technical personnel, and their contact persons

• Investors, financial partners

• Office visitors (via CCTV systems)

• Cooperating individuals and participants in administrative proceedings

 

Participants in in-person or online meetings:
During meetings organized by any company within the LDparks a.s. group, personal data may be processed using third-party automated tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Fireflies.ai, or similar services. These tools may generate transcripts, meeting notes, or task lists based on the meeting content, including possible audio or video recordings.

By participating in such meetings, the data subject gives consent to this type of processing for the purpose of enhancing communication efficiency, preserving meeting content, and enabling follow-up actions. These recordings are used exclusively for internal needs of the respective LDparks a.s. company and are not further distributed. Data is stored only as long as necessary.

 

Purposes of processing include:

• Contract conclusion and fulfillment

• Administrative and accounting operations

• Communication and project coordination

• Property protection and personal safety

 

2. Categories of Processed Personal Data

• Identification and contact details: name, surname, address, phone number, email, date of birth

• Banking information: account number, payment details

• Copies of personal documents (ID, passport)

• CCTV footage including audio

4. Data Retention Period

• Personal data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., under Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on VAT and other regulations — typically 10 years).

• CCTV footage is stored for a maximum of 7 days, or in case of an incident, until the situation is resolved.

 

5. Recipients of Personal Data

• Companies within the LDparks a.s. group

• Service providers (e.g., accounting firms, IT support) if necessary for contract fulfillment

• Public authorities as required by law

 

6. Rights of Data Subjects
