He has over 10 years of experience in investing in residential and commercial real estate. He began his career in 2007 as a programmer in the young company LEKVI.

 

Since December 2016, he has been the director of Lekvi & Partners s.r.o., a member of the Lekvi Group. The company provides a wide range of services in residential and commercial real estate, investments, mortgage loans, legal support for clients, and accounting.

 

Since 2018, he has been actively involved in investing in commercial real estate development. At LDparks, he is responsible for management, financial literacy, cooperation with banks, communication with investors and partners. He has experience in successfully managing the company. Most of our clients are international companies such as Penny Market, Alza, Billa, Erste Group, Česká spořitelna, and others.

He has been working at Lekvi since February 2015.

He started by building and leading the property management department as a Facility Manager.

​

At LDparks, he now serves as a Project Coordinator. He draws on his hands-on experience as a Property Manager, where he dealt with energy systems, repairs, technology upgrades, layout modifications, changes in property use, and more. In every new project, he strives to bring simplicity and functionality, with a focus on adaptability for future changes and minimal environmental impact.

He began his professional career in 2012 at Realpad, a Czech proptech company developing tailor-made CRM software for the real estate market.

After building the company from the ground up in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, he expanded it into Romania, Bulgaria, and Luxembourg in his role as Business Development Manager. In 2020, he relocated to Bucharest, where he continues to live. After ten years in the technology and real estate sectors, he decided to pursue a new path in retail development and joined the LDparks team.

He is responsible for expanding the company’s project portfolio through the development of retail parks and the acquisition of commercial properties in Romania.

He began his career in the real estate market seven years ago, focusing primarily on the sale of residential and commercial properties for foreign investors and coordinating work with developers in the Czech Republic. He has successfully brokered the sale of approximately 140 properties with a total value of CZK 1.2 billion.

His first experience with commercial properties came in 2017, when he successfully completed the sale of several retail units. In 2019, he transitioned into development projects as a developer.

​

After selling several smaller retail properties, he decided to begin developing retail spaces across the Czech Republic. He is currently working on several projects with tenants that include some of the world’s largest retail companies.

He has over 10 years of experience in finance, audit, accounting, due diligence, transaction advisory, and financial controlling. He began his career in 2015 in Prague at one of the Big Four firms, where he was already working with real estate companies.

After four years, he fully transitioned into the real estate sector, focusing on transaction advisory and financial due diligence. He later continued as a senior controller for an international real estate developer, where he was involved in numerous major residential projects across the Czech Republic.

After another four years, he joined the LDparks, where he is now responsible for managing the finance department, overseeing banking and financial operations, and ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s accounting systems.

Rafael has over 20 years of experience in property management and operations, international development, and distribution strategies for consumer products and services.

​

He has earned a strong reputation across all areas of international property management and operations, as well as the franchising industry, thanks to his negotiation and business skills and his deep knowledge of markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

​

Rafael brings extensive knowledge and experience in franchise operations to his work, gained through previous roles that involved expanding the global presence of companies such as Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sotheby’s, INTERO, and Sperry Van Ness.

Since 2012, Kateřina has been providing legal consulting services in the fields of real estate and finance. She currently serves as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at LDparks (formerly Lekvi Development).

Since 2018, she has been responsible for legal support in commercial real estate development projects, including communication with banks, investors, and strategic partners. She has leadership experience and oversees compliance with regulatory requirements.

​

Kateřina has collaborated with key partners such as Penny Market, Alza, Billa, Erste Group, and Česká spořitelna. Her extensive experience and deep understanding of the legal landscape allow her to deliver top-tier service in both Czech and English.

She has over 20 years of experience in the retail real estate market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Until 2012, she worked in senior expansion roles for major German grocery chains.

​

Between 2012 and 2021, she was with the prominent Czech-German development company InterCora, serving as Head of Expansion and Lease Relations Manager. In 2021–2022, she briefly explored the residential development sector at JRD, where she successfully completed several acquisitions.

​

Since 2022, she has returned to the retail segment, working at LDparks as a Letting Manager. Her clients include major grocery chains and leading retail tenants.
